I was very pleased with Conda Davidson as a realtor. I went to Conda because I had known her since we were kids growing up in North Missouri. I was not disappointed with that decision. I began looking for a place at the Lake two years before I was ready to buy. Going in, Conda knew that I was just in the looking stages. Yet she made arrangements in advance and spent an entire day showing my wife and I places all around the Lake. Two years later, when I knew I was ready to buy, I contacted Conda again. In my opinion Conda, Cody & Toni set a benchmark for facilitating the purchase or sale of a home. In our case, we were buyers of a 2nd home in an environment with very tight inventory levels of homes for resale. Speed to market becomes the first function, especially considering how specific the location is that my wife and I were looking for. We had a long list of wishes in a cove . Conda was instantly responsive in a arranging a home tour that was booked back-to-back immediately upon being listed. Had that responsiveness not occurred, by even a day, it would have been a missed opportunity. That carried through the same afternoon, in an environment with multiple parties extending offers. Her tenure in the lake area and depth of transactions provided the accurate knowledge to arrive at a successful number that was appropriate for the given market. Servicing the transaction before closing is where the extra effort exemplifies itself. What is seemingly an ordinary process of inspections reveals further details and work that need to be managed. Items come up that need to be addressed in a prompt and fair manner, and Conda achieved this. She has a keen eye for potential problems and she navigated between buyer and seller very well. Additionally, we enjoy the process of renovations and customizing to fit our own personal taste. With a list of potential updates, Conda and Cody (who has considerable contractor experience), are a source of design and construction knowledge all-in-one. Their referral base of people doing various projects has been very talented, and I believe quicker to help us with a Conda & Cody referral. I do not believe we would have achieved the timeline we did on refinishing projects without them. Overall it's clearly demonstrated when someone performing their trade takes a personal interest in the customer and outcome. Conda and Cody have a sharp eye for detail and fielded every one-off question or idea I could throw at them. A 2nd home transaction with a full renovation to follow, during a pandemic, while keeping two young boys entertained all while working full-time remotely requires a fair amount of organization and hustle. Conda, Cody and Toni put in a lot of time and kept the process moving smoothly. My thanks to them, and I wouldn't hesitate to enlist their help again.
